Following rumours that Tom Hiddleston is vying for the lead in Warner Bros much-anticipated remake of The Crow, it looks like he might have some competition in the shape of a handsome new contender.
True Blood star Alexander Skarsgård is thought to be top of the studio's list for the part. Though, according to Deadline, no official offer has been made.
Apparently, Hiddleston's involvement only went as far as a quick conversation with WB. But the actors' names are just the latest in a long line of stars to be linked to the title role of Eric Draven, with Wahlberg, Bradley Cooper and James McAvoy all having been mentioned on the grapevine, which leads us to wonder - who's next?
