Terminator fans will be pleased to hear that Arnold Schwarzenegger is set to return for the next film in the franchise.
The actor confirmed the news to fan site TheArnoldFans, revealing that production is set to begin on the movie early next year.
"I'm very happy that the studios want me to be in Terminator 5 and to star as the Terminator, which we start shooting in January," he said.
"I'm also going to do King Conan -- to play that role and also to do another Twins movie. So I feel very proud of that. I feel very happy and I'm looking forward to doing those films."
But we're not getting too excited just yet. It's worth bearing in mind that though Paramount is definitely in talks to secure the distribution rights, the deal isn't yet official. And there's also the matter of securing a director for the feature after Justin Lin dropped out.
Still, we'll be watching out for developments with interest.
