A New Hawkeye For Avengers 2?

We're a little bit in love with Jeremy Renner here at GG♥SF. He's a great actor, and he's got really good arms.

So we're a little upset to hear that Marvel may be recasting the part of Hawkeye ahead of Phase Two.

According to Comic Book Movie, it's suspected that the actor displeased the comics giant with negative comments about his role in The Avengers Assemble.

The actor told Total Film last year that his role was "limited" and without "emotional content" for most of the film. Ouch.

CBM's source reckons that there's a chance he could return, but as Renner hasn't been mentioned in relation to any Phase Two films so far, it's very small indeed.
